I started using FileMaker in 1992, and spent a good deal of my career using it to develop custom database solutions. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work on projects for some amazing clients. I've developed all sorts of solutions for them, including order processing systems, inventory management systems, accounting systems. You name it, and chances are I used FileMaker to develop it.
Even though I developed such a wide range of solutions, many of them had one thing in common: The need to integrate FileMaker with another technology. It was those projects - and the integration aspect in particular - that I found to be the most challenging and rewarding.
Today, I no longer develop custom FileMaker solutions. However, I still do quite a bit of FileMaker integration work. The demand for this type of service not only continues, but seems to be growing.

"Tim's work to build a new database for Piedmont Council for the Arts (PCA) has been one of the most important and beneficial changes to our organization in many years. Tim happily shared his expertise and responded to our needs with great sensitivity, immediately instilling confidence that our project was do-able. Before we knew it, our beautiful new database was up and running, custom-made to our specific requests. We have used it daily ever since."
